What is the locus standi of the OPEC President? Oil prices are fixed at the futures at London and New York Exchanges. Lion's share of the price hike goes to the US Companies as the oil fields are on long lease to them. Only ignorant fools like you think that the Arabs are controlling the oil. That is far from truth.
