Hopeless Constitution of India

Not a single party having less than 50 Elected seats should be given power to withdraw its support from the Central Government for atleast Five years of forming the Government

Don't say that the constitution is hopeless.It was authored by the one and only Babasaheb Ambedkar.If you call it hopeless the followers will be slighted and they will run riots.So say that people of india (except those who made the constitution) are hopeless.Babasaheb can not be wrong you see!
