If Rajesh Talwar is able to escape just shrugging off "I don't know, I was sleeping" without concrete endorsements to that effect by the investigating agencies, it will embolden many others to follow these methods to eliminate inconvenient people who can be patients, family members or friends using hi-tech melodrama and misleading tactics.
The case needs deeper investigation as vital proofs are systematically destroyed, which can never happen in impulsive muders.
Let the CBI convince the society and nation, which is shocked and outraged as to who is the actual killer and conspirator and who are not. This is more than a crime--perhaps worse than terrorists attack and a grave threat to humanity and civilization.

Very well said my dear friend....these sophisticated family murders will become part and parcel of middle class India......nething can hppen over property matters...borther may eliminate brother for property...father may eliminate son ofr property and vice versa....son in law may be eliminated for property and vice versa....
You are very right...the police and the CBI need to make a case out of this family murder...even if Talwar is not the murderer, he is part of the plot to Kill Aarushi...an innocent girl!!

You are right. This is a very well planned and executed murder. There are strong indicators to believe actual hand behind these murders is an educated man. If Krishna or any other servant had committed these murders, they would not have stayed in the locality. It is a common sense - there was no need for these people to stay in the places knowing that they will be caught. Even after initial questioning and prior to their arrest they continued to stay in the place they are staying. Rajesh Talwar's behaviour is very peculiar. If the news has to believed. Initial refusal of Rajesh Talwar to identiy Hemaraj speak volumes. Probably it was the guilt that made him to behave that way. How did they accept the PM report that had chronological error. It is hard to believe, Talwars are not involved.

You said it Vijaya Prabha all these while i was wondering how a post mortem report can be goofed up and the police and the CBI not investigating on this point.
If Krishna is done that (as what CBI want to bring to the people which is a crap) then how can that poor chap can influence the post mprtem.
How can Krishna be a murderer??
The murder is well planned and have done every bit to evade the clues bsides every vital information is distorted.
Can a compounder do that???? What is the motive??? Is that lust? If so then how can such a well planned murder can be done???
Its definitly an educated and influential persons act.
Why CBI is all ready to grill Krishna??
Why all the servents are caught and questioned???
Why Talwar family didn't inform the police the very minute they saw their daughters body in blood??
Why Ms. Talwar's and Mr. Talwars statement differ when questioned "who saw the arushis body first?"
Why there is an error in post mortem report??
Does krishna can influence the report?? does he have that financial power and influence ??
Why CBI are not touching these topics?? Why they are not answering these questions??
How can CBi say that because of ac's noice Talwar family couldn't here anything while they were sleeping/ Is that a silly statement made by CBI ??

Inconsistency in Krishna's statement is taken seriously where as inconsistencies in Dr. and Mrs. Talwar' statement are not taken so seriously. No one with common sense will clean up crime site, this family has cleaned the house thoroughly - why were they in such a hurry.

There is systematic destruction of evidence at every possible level. This cannot happen with servants. The murder weapon is missing, the cell phones are missing, pictures on camera are missing, cloth worn by killers are missing, clear finger prints are missing, the PM report is tampered with. Can an uneducated person think in all directions like this. Even if he thinks in all these direction the execution will be very difficult. The pattern of injuries on both the victims are similar - it is highly impossible for an uneducated and unplanned killer to cause such injuries. Killing takes time, collection of all objects that can serve as witness takes time too. The killers have not definitely gone out (if there was any killer from outside) with blood soaked hands and cloth. He/they have taken time to hide Hemaraj's body using a cooler cover, locked up the terrace from inside. They have cleaned the floor (no signs of blood stained foot mark or foot wear mark anywhere), they have washed themselves. Why will an outside killer take so much of time? He will be afraid of his own life and will flee the site of crime once his job is done. It is highly impossible to cause similar wounds on both the victims. His stabbing will be random. If killer is an outsider he will secure his life first by latching Dr. and Mrs. Talwar's room first. What is the need for him to hide Hemaraj's body? He would have killed him and gone. In a normal state it is impossible to kill one person without

Have you seen news channel these days Dominic?? Few days before they were taking footage of Arushis murder investigation minute by minute.
Now you see no channel is talking of it now. Can CBI putting pressure on media going via IB ministry??
Should not forget that because of medias constant probing the case is known to a vast majority of people else it by now must have gone in to oblivion.
