ARE THEY RECEIVING SALARIES TO DO THEIR JOBS BY UNDERSTANDING? WHY THEY WASTE PRBLIC MONEY IF THEIR 'IQ's ARE BELOW AT PAR? 'HOODWINKING' is going on in the name of DEMOCRACY!
