Dear Amrit Patil,
If you could understand, Nuclear deal is trying to address one of the issues which you refer in your list. i.e. loadshedding. Besides it will have cascading effect on econonmy, especially manufacturing, which will help remove poverty also to certain extent. Don't try to advice, if you do not have the capability/visibility to do so.
