MMS's 4-yrs have been complete failure on all fronts. He is looking for some positive and hence threatening to resign..... Further, I believe, MMS, PC and Montek are a case of too many cooks or either the decisions are being made by Sonia amma

Its Sonia who has done it. if left alone MMS and Co would have made a better rule. They were always over ruled by Sonia and her kitchen cabinet.
