Mannu the fake doctor from Assam, once said that the stock exchange scam was a systems failure. As PM, which good system has be brought ? Even if he implements the "right to recall", he will go down in history as a genuine reformist.

evry 1 knows what Dr. mean but the current PM manmohan has produced fake residence certificate to get elected from assam afetr he lost in his general ellection AS MP(i sympaty even this kind of people lossing) but giving fake certificate and getting elected was least expected from this man atleast.
