Murder was preplanned by smart ppl thasty cops dint find any evidence at crime location.Let assume for sake of argument that Krishna killed Arushi coz he had a bad eye on her..And CBI told that Krishna & Hemraj were drunk that night..Usually if a person is drunk and had bad eye on some girl he tries to Rape her first and kill her but here investigation said there was no protest from Arushi..She was killed immediately (So i am not sure abt new story from CBI) and if she was killed then Hemraj would have shouted and parents would have come out of there room. Again for sake of argument lets say hemraj dint shout and he was also killed..Again krishna is under influence of alcohol & no person can clean/clear evidence from site this wisely that cops cant find any evidence nor CBI, all CBI story is based on assumptions. Even now CBI came with a new story that they were not at home that night.Any parents whose only child got killed will tell cops everything happened that night they wont hide anything..still its not clear where they went out and why.So initially cops and CBI said that Talwars statements are not matching..now the story is completely twisted. CBI is not looking at Talwars..all the tests were done on Krishna but not on Talwar..I hope vistim get Justice

This case is in professional hands and we all are ameatures so let the CBI does its investigation and the guilty will fight the case in court

how many bottles of beer(strong brand)can make grownup men really get drunk?the entire incedent sounds funny and waste of time to read on,ultimately exactly after 4 to 5 days all are going to forget the entire drama except parents (only parents not even blood relations)of Aarushi who will have nightmares till their death.

It is based upon Krisna's Norco test and brain mapping. Probably RajKumar went down into her room alone. When he came back he had blood on body. So Hemaraj might have asked him. It might have been preplanned by these guys. Only question is Talwars were doing? Did they had medicine or drunk?
