NARCOANALYSIS does not lie but IS this anothher grope by CBI in the dark?WITH Credibility at stake CBI is trying to grope in the dark.. why wud it otherwise not reveal these facts earlier?

Why always CBI is involved in complex cases. Either state police is not capable enough to handle such cases or they have no powers. Every time CBI comes in picture and eventhough its late it keeps the hopes alive for innocents.
