If Hindus are most TOLERANT people, then why they persecuted co-religionists as "Untouchables", and low castes.

Caste system was born on the occupation they were doing and some people misused it and tell me how many r following the same now.

Is there no caste system in Islam? Put search words "Caste system in Islam" and understand for yourself. More over there are 73 warring sects in Islam (including Ahmediyas who are not considered as Muslims in many countries - in Pak they are not even allowed to issue call for prayer - aazan! ) The abusrdities in the hinduism would not make Islam any better. Whom are you trying to fool?
As Indonesian cleric, Abu Bakar Bashir recently said, "If the West wants to have peace, then they have to accept Islamic rule."......this is what every muslim thinks about other religions and cultures!
