karunanidhi is big chameleon.He sees the prospects of congress coming down in the next general election.He is preparing ground for alliance With BJP.snap ties with PMK,next other sundry parties and finally congress.one will not be surprised if there is elections again in Tamilnadu alongwith General elections and DMK in a new alliance with different parties of the erstwhile NDA.

padmanabhan veeraraghavan, is there any political party or person who has not switched sides for political gains including BJP which shamelessly announces it is open to alliance with any party in TN, or Jaya who lured MDMK during last elections by offering more seats, for her survival. Why do you single out Karuna and call him chameleon. Your name sounds like you come from that "exclusive community" that has personal hatred towards Karuna, than your real love towards TN.

What is you problem if he talks about Tamil. Afterall he has spent quite a lot of time in researching tamil literature and history.
Are you against him talking about Tamil culture or are u against Tamil culutre itself? And please explain how he is cheating people by talking about Tamil culture!!

You guys have nothing better to do than to beat up on the Tamil brahmins (yes, whether you like it or not, the Tamil Brahmins are Tamils; they speak Tamil only at home, unlike Mr. Arcot Veerasamy or Ramdoss who speak Telugu at home); yes, the Tamil Brahmins have been wronged by Mr. MK. How the heck did you get the impression that I was attacking Brahmins?. I only mentioned that his name sounded a Brahmin name and meant that I was not surprised at his hatred towards MK. Where do u see Brahmin bashing here?
Did I ever claim that Brahmins are non-tamilians in any of my posts? Did I ever say that Brahmins have contributed less to TN literature? Why do you get into self defensive mode and talk about Devaram and Divya prabandham here. It only exposes your insecurity!
Please dont create a deceptive show that Brahmins are oppressed in TN. The whole world knows Tam Brahmins excel in all fields ranging from Arts to Agriculture, Reasearch to Administration, and sports. Can you please tell me in which other Indian state have Brahmins accomplished so much?
It is only in a state like TN where Brahmins have shed their conservative thinking and merged themselves into the mainstream and have grow up to be rationalists and scientists. Have you seen this phenomenon anywhere else. Ask yourself before bashing the non-brahmin tamilians!
