Communism will exist until the end of mankind.It is a dream which every man with a good human heart sees.A world where there is no barriers between humans.Where there is no hunger,no greed,no selfishness.A world full of love...everyone loves each other as brothers or comrades..That is the perfect communist society...It is very hard to achieve such a society since humans always wears the barriers of colour,religion,caste,money and hatred for each other...But true communists work for that dream come true..And that will go on until the existence of mankind. Communism & its ideas exists all around the world,even in America.They are the major force in many countries in the fight against exploitation,terrorism etc. Communists never dislike Hindu religion or Hindu people.If you check u can simply see that most of the communist leaders are Hindus by birth. But Communists oppose so called "Hindu" organisations like RSS,Bajrangadal,VHP,Shivsena etc which is trying to divide people inthe name of religion for their political mileage. Their ideology is not real true Hindu ideology,but ideology of hatred & caste. They killed thousands in the mumbai massacre,Gujrat massacre etc in the name of Hinduism. What is their difference from Muslim terrorists?Both are just killing people in the name of god.

Burdan lives in a fools paradise. There should be a retiremant age for all politicians. When one get a bit too old they tend to say what ever they feel , without any rational.
One thing Burdan forgets is, India is a Socialist Republic. What 'left Grip' is Brudan refering to? Is that 'grip' in the best interests of the citizens of India? Or in the best interests of 'the gripping part'... True communist as such a thing doesn't exist.
A true communist must be a patriot, who acts and things on behalf of his Nation and honoring her Interests.
Stalin was a communist as well, why dont you specify about the Stalinist Purges? The wide spread issues happened behind the Iron Curtain?

If you take Indian politics you will simply see that left party leaders are not come under corruption charges like the congress,BJP & other party leaders. Most of them are simple people with more simple life. For your information there are more than 20 communist countries still in world including china,cuba,Vietnam,Venezuala etc. Communism never oppose religion.But it oppose the barrier & hatred created by religions
