India is the safest place for terrorist...due to week policies of indian government,dont compare it with religion or any cast,,,,,terrorist dosen't belongs any cast so govt should be strict on action againest them but gove is busy for vote bank and reservation policies.....no any big decision taken by govt on which indian can proud ....so we poor indian are born to die worthless in terrorist attack......or some are luckey whom these politcian gave chance to die in Kargil...........its not fully govt fault we indians are happy with short terms gain so always fight on small issue.....
