Hopefully Aonell , you will take this Brahmin prejudice case. Even during British Raj, Brahmin land holding was lowest. Land means money. I want to fight for Brahmins of Punjab , against the century old discrimination, which made our community poor. In all holy books , all Vrat Kathas , its always written "Drid Brahmin" means poor Brahmin . Pls take our case , our community has been made , projected poor for centuries , pls give us land . mr rahul brahmins have 100% reservation made by manu hundreds of years back in all temples. why dont you your luck there?

My friend, poverty is no big deal in India. Ultimately, it is one of the poorest counties in the world and most of Indians are extremely poor people. If Brahamins are also poor, it is no big deal.

and if having no land or little land is the case, then there are many other social groups in India whose share in land holding is much less than that of Brahamins, namely SC and STs. They may be given priority over Brahamins. Anyway, I am all for a fair distribution of land among all social groups of country, be it Brahamins or SC or ST.
