i think small states get more autonomy for development. USA has 50 states ..... so wts wrong if india has 40 ? its abt development guys, not abt political borders

No country in the world will allow foreigners like Nepalese to create a seperate state. Do the Indians living in Nepal can demand a seperate state???

Smaller states may be a good idea but what should be the basis to create smaller states? The real problem starts here!
