Poor people are being made scapegoats
by Basil Leaf on Jun 15, 2008 12:01 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

If a father in Austria can rape his daughter then why is it unthinkable that a father is not capable of killing his child? It pains me that an innocent Nepalese is being made the fall guy for the crimes of Dr. Talwar.

We the citizens of India should protest loudly against the injustice meted out to the poor. Unless we do, one day we too will be victims of the backlash of the dispossessed.

Why is the Nepalese government keeping silent? It is time too that the Nepalese government steps in and speaks out in favour of one of it's innocent nationals being held illegally in jail.

Prosecution is not based on whether and act is "thinkable" or not. It needs evidence. And if evidence comes up against a poor person, him being poor does not mean he shouldn't be interrogated or prosecuted.

And, what evidence gives you the conviction to assume that he is being made the scapegoat for "crimes of Dr Talwar". There is no evidence against him as yet, except for a theory made up by noida police which falls flat on its face.

Please wait for the investigation to be over before making rigid convictions. And, though there shouldn't be injustice to a person because he is poor, if a person is involved in crime he shouldn't also be let off just because he's poor.

It all starts with a blame on DUranis then the father Dr Talwar and now his compounder, doesnt it seem clear that when Dr. Talwar was caught he wanted a person to save his back and who else better than his own compounder, now the case is going to be stated as that krishna killed the two people under instructions from dr. Talwar and as time passes by in court, we would see krishna ending up with a life sentence while doctor talwar cont his illicit affair with no jail sentence............ Hopefullly CBI proves my theory wrong and reall accused is caught and punished.
