The case been so messed up that even if the CBI does conclude something after investigation, it is unlikely that they will be convicted even by the lower court. But, I personally feel that the doctor could not have been involved in the murder even if he has knowledge of who committed the crime because it will be impossible of a first time criminal to withstand the sustained and persistent grilling in custody. Any normal mortal will break down except brainwashed islamic jehadis.

Yes U R right. During police investigations, I think all evidences have been destroyed and police must have been extorting the Talwars to bail them out. This could be the reason why Talwars wanted cBI probe.
