The CBI can arrive at the truth if it wishes. That it did not uncover Bofors or book Tytler is because of political interference. CBI is undoubtedly the best investigating force today in the country.

You are right but there are many paople who consider themself Sherlock homes and ready with abuses and useless suggetions.
