this is the same state about which mr. bachchan had said 'UP may dum hai, kyuki jurm yaha kam hai' b-shit !

till the time states like UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, Chattisgarh, etc. have more say in the central politics, India will always be 20 years behind.

You are wrong UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, Chattisgarh are 60 year behind from current time. Why ? Politician in north consider them self as King. Nobody care about development.
