there is a possibility of nuclear deal if the scientific community takes the lead due to their credibility to nation and Dr. Man Mohan singh allows the scientific advisors who might have recieved a Noble Prize or equivalent for their contributions to nation or world community by rising above call of duty

I agree with you and have a hope that Dr. Manmohan singh will get the deal thru before his tenure ends and do a great favour to the country. Sonia gandhi might play her final gamble and will surpreise everyone with her move. Wait and watch before diwali.
