"Hey man it is because the congress in the center and
its minority appeasement policy If BJP was there it would not happened"

Now when the BJP is power,
"it happened because Congress is in opposition"

Absolutely correct. These BJP guys are fit for nothing. If they cant administer, they should perish. For every problem in BJP ruled state, it is because of the center. They were fighting for portfolios ,ever they took over, now they are blaming the centre.
