Its failure of BJP government, they should have stopped firing on Farmers, as if we don’t have tear gas with us they are firing bullets …………………………….I condemn this strongly

Yes, there are other methods to disperse crowd, viz., rubber bullets, water cannon, tear gases, etc.. But I doubt indian police has ready supply of these materials at taluka level.
