Incidents uglier than the one of Rohtak victim,are happening everyday in the country,which go unreported. In this particular case,the incumbtant C.M. Bhupender Hooda and his son Depinder Hooda,who is M.P. from Rohtak, should hang their heads in SHAME,which they will not do.Paying from Govt. exchequer does not absolve them of the guilt.Their God fathers are in Delhi and not Haryana.Chaudhry
