If they channelize this energy onto their own development, they would be more happy, Even they know they cannot beat India or even a small country like SriLanka, their effort becomes a waste, If they kill people also, will it solve their purpose, India has already got more than 100 Crore people. Nothing can they achieve by killing innocent. Their money, energy and resources go waste.
