Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam said long time back, not to wait for anyone's help and build Thorium based reactors. We(India) neglected those words... At least now, build some thing on our own...

Do you know what goes into making of a new reactor? You should know that first and then the technology required to extract good, clean energy out of the reactor. While the easiest thing to do right now is to purchase fuel and reactors manufactured by GE or other big companies and install it and resolve the current severe energy crunch we're facing right now

DR KALAM DROVE DRDO TO THE GROUND.. WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR FIGHTER PLANE PROGRAM?? WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR BATLE TANK PROGRAM? WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SUPER COMPUTER???
WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR MISSLE PROGRAM? IF IT WAS NOT FOR ISRO - THE MISSILE PROGRAM WOULD BE DEAD IN WATER... WHAT RIGHT DOES KALAM HAVE TO ADVICE INDIANS??..
