Ha, ha, ha! What else did India expect? Blowing oneself out of proportions by self - hype as "A Rising Superpower" will never make India one. Unless & until it undertakes a basic revamp of drastic proprotions in infrastructure, social outlook, financial sufficiency, strong foreign policy, India will never rise from the stinking depths.

foreign policy - our ministers r vsiting US Yale University for a summer vacation under this policy....Do we need a better policy than this???
