The Congress has repeatedly asked the Left to withdraw support to the UPA administration if they are not interested in working in government but it is anybody's guess why they do not wish to fulfil their wish.

This is just a game played by the Congress and the Left. They are staunch allies and need each other.

It does not matter now. Even if the left parties withdraw support, Congress will rule as caretaker government until the election. That is the reason Congress does not care at all.
