Unbalanced growth? what do you mean? economic or population growth?
They are inversely proportional. Fastest growing in terms of population are regressing economically. Their political power on the other hand grows. Democracy only counts numbers.
Unfortunately neither you nor I nor our respective state residents can stop these people from overbreeding.

The bhayya aim is to breed like rabbits and over run the country and impose hindi/urdu over others. Even Lalu has 7-8 kids. bhayyaz are breeding and shitting machines. they have converted rail tracks in mumbai to open toilets.
