why drdo fail

65% of DRDO scientist are reserved.
a big percentage got promotion through departmental compitition(STA to scientist).
A few retain because of couple cases, or nearness to home.
A big percentage is from life science's.
A big percentage are above 45. and have no result till date.
who are working in drdo.
calculate and suggest, we are far more superior.
we are giving result and with few
if we consider all then only few real scientist work for DRDO.
then i think our result is very good.
