The most important issue is to remove the restriction of creamy layer before any further progress is made towards the implementation of reservation. Creamy layer is a conspiracy of upper caste establishment in the country to sabotage reservation policy of government. Upper castes are resorting to harm the issue of reservation in a hidden manner because they know that they can not oppose it openly because reservation has been unanimously approved by the parliament of this country and also endorsed by the highest court of the land.
