In fact they should have their own history.
for any historical evidence they need to refer some wester writer, who does not what really he was. those western writers called them hindus in its meaning. these guys took it as a pride and keeping it as a trophy won. Because it has been told by British rulers. what a honour?

Mr. Rajeeve, he is just copying and pasting selectively from some websites. The abvoe portion is from "Stephen Knapp" and unless you read the entire article, you cannot understand in what context the above para was used. Anyway let him enjoy.
