The very statement "UP police is trying to make Dr. Talwar a scapegoat" is non-sense. What will police achieve by making him a scapegoat? Indeed the statement also may also mean, yes Dr. Talwar is involved, but he is not the only one. There are a couple of others along with him. Police may have not handled the case well. But that does not mean Talwars are innocent. Probably their lawyer is trying to put words in their mouth. Lawyer coming and saying Dr. Talwar is not treated well are all gimmicks. Tell me one incident in which an accused is treated well by police. They are taught colonial way to deal with the accused and they do what they are taught. The very statement of Dr. Nupur Talwar, both of them spotted the body together indicates they had prior knowledge of death. Otherwise why they have to rush to Arushi' room together. I think family know of everything and probably they have done it or they have hired someone to do it. Parents killing children and children killing parents are not new in any society.

Rajesh Talwar may be a ScapeGoat as reffered by Media and CBI. But the reality is not same.There are some points which prooves Mr. Talwar is not innocent. 1. He stopped police to search the whole building. 2. He told his servent to spread the Blooded Mattress to Neighbours roof. 3. The main gate of the House is locked from Outside as mentioned by maid. 4. Nupur talwar told that she had not heard any sound in the night. They were sleeping for all the night. 5.They had waited for servent to come. they haven't call their neighbours or their closest Anita Durranis family.

Dr. Nupur Talwar given her statement on the TV channel that the mudrer is roaming freely. She is confident also. How come she knows this? As she didn't know anything.
