It is not enough if they are transferred, they must also be punished for bungling up with the initial investigation in several steps! Its also a shame on CM of UP for running a decoity police force! There have been several complaints about police in UP. Will CM transfer all of them? Even is she does so, the new place where these transferred cops will join duty and bungle up their duties in new places as well! This proves CM is inefficient and also proves beyond doubt that she is only after power and not able to to carryout good administration!

no Bala, it proves that India is in mess the only solution is the change, because today corruption and laziness is running like bloood everywhere.
