What bothers me more than anything else is the fact that our leaders (inspite of India's economic boom and brain power) act like "Chaprasis" in front of western leaders. Just click on a video of any UN meeting or international gathering.

That is because our babus and politicians have been trained to be servants of the west by our erstwhile British masters. This IAS, IFS system should have been removed right at independence.
