Let us immediately conduct a few nuclear tests and let us announce to the world that we will conduct nuclear tests regularly at the rate of at least 12 nuclear tests per year.
Let us see whether the US would still go ahead with the deal with India.
This will confirm whether the Congress is right in saying that this deal is good for India and will not compromise its military nuclear options.

It is a good litmus test. If you have an idea like that do it now. Not after investing huge capital. But the present government will move out only after making all commitments ($100 Billions) and collecting all 'SHARES'
