I would like opinion from Rediif or more knowledgeable memebrs if this deal is really worth. Some facts on this deal - 200 Bn USD investment, only 6% more energy generated that too by 2020, US (or others) can withdraw supply of uranium but will not pay back for the investment (means this investment in nuclear reactors go waste). So how is this deal really good for us? It certainly is for US and NSG (nuclear suppliers group) since they make money and are therefore hurrying it?

Arti for the starters , through nuclear deal supply India with 100,0000 job vacancies . Yes u're right nuclear power is exp . What does not cost money ? But hey if u have anyother ideas in that brilliant mind of urs do please share , i'll be happy to invest in ur venture .
