Sam,
all you could do is just wish... There were onslaughts on Tamils and Tamil language for thousands of years. The most recent onslaught was forcing Hindi. It never worked and it never will. And Singhalese won’t succeed in it either. The Ealam Tamils have nothing to loose, not even their life and Srilanka is the one that should worry.
you better try to save the people who try to finish off Tamils. that way you would be helpful to the nation.

Tamil idiots? Are you nuts? Read about Subrahmanya Bharati, C V Raman, S Chandrasekhar, APJ Abdul Kalam and many. In fact Tamil is the only surviving genuine language of Indian origin. Go and study history.
