We, the people are the ones who are everywhere and not the police. Police and other inteligence and security agencies depends on us to give possibly vital information whenever found. What we do is, when we see something lying around or some crime happening all we think is - let it be - someone else will take care of it, why get involved. This is where criminals get away. This is where we fall behind. We should be responsible enough to ask around however the reactions maybe. In trains also if someone gets down without taking his bag no one bothers to ask. Seems like it is against our ego to look under our seats for unknown items and then we suffer with our egos. Why can we not be alert citizens and help police do better then always. They are also human beings after all, they also need help, co ordination, co operation and appreciation which we public do not give. In 26 July 2005 we helped each other and thats a salute to itself then why can we not continue this act of bravery and alertness all times. Be responsible and take care of everything of and around you. This will help make your city / country space safer for all and also your own self. Lets not sit back with our hands under our back with eyes closed - open your eyes and activate your brains and lets help police combat terrorism and crime by staying alert and informative.
