You should see how intelligence warnings reach states and the state police.

Every day there will be a warning saying that some explosion may take place in a city.

Then they say that the state has been warned before!

How on earth the state police can act on all these daily warnings!

IB guys like B Raman are pessimistic SoBs.

If the explosion doesnt happen you have a pleasant surprise or they are proved right!

She is horribly overweight and short. I guess she can not even walk properly. The only active part of her anotomy is her loud mouth which is hardly any good for intelligence gathering.
