Mr Wahaj Faridy, I accept your point that "there are ample number with required qualification" but you know there are others 'ample number with no basic education' and there is no arrangement to provide them required education how will they contribute to society,

Education these these make people more arrogant. What people require is humility and give and take. When all other religions accomodate and recognise god of other religions, these people go around calling others Kafir. Is it not arrogance?. Cows are revered in hindu household, still they put with their neighbours who kill and eat beef three times a day. Can muslims reciprocate such attitude?. Could we not consider them kafirs? Yes we can. But we do not it. Because we are respectful of other religions.
