1) Immediately introduce POTA and other harsh measures. 2) Seal border in Eastern India and do not allow Bangladeshi Muslims to India. 3) Keep a careful watch on coastal areas viz. areas in Tamil Nadu, Kerala and keep a strict watch on Muslim fundamentalists. 4) Once a Terrorist and suspected Terrorist is caught, investigation on fast line channel to be done. 5) Stop publication of all news items both in print media and on television about Terrorist activities and Terrorists held. 6) Create a special task force both at Centre and at States exclusively for dealing with Terrorists, give them updated technology and weapons and give them the right to shoot down even suspected Terrorists. 7) Involve Israel in using the latest technology and adopting special strategies. 8) Issue of voter ID card, PAN Card, Ration Card to Muslims in border areas should be done only after a thorough check. 9) Create a Public-Police partnership and involve citizens from local areas. Antcedents of citizens who are being involved should be thoroughly checked before involving them in this exercise. 10) Our leaders are only interested in Nuke deal and their personal comforts and wealth. The Indian Government should take up at global forums the role of Terrorists on a continuous basis and bring international pressure to deport Dawood to India. And finally appeasement of Muslims for vote purposes should be stopped forthwith.
