Prevent Communal Riots in City :- The main purpose of terrorist activity like Bomb explosions etc, is to get started communal riots between two major community.
If the people remain calm, the terrerists will get frustrated and their main purpose will not be solved. And by preventive measures to riots we refrain from much more future losses too.

MORON! What do you suggest we do? Wait for them to kill us with more bomb-blasts. There is absolutely no doubt that 99% of the terrorists in the world are muslim.. what other proof do you want. You are either muslim, or a human being, you can't be both!
