Who said it is?

Who said the Ram Sethu is a National Monument? We only claim that it is a religions pride of all Hindus and Hindustan is basically of the hindus. Anything of hindus cannot be and should not be disrespected. The present congress government cannot behave like the Muslim invaders and keep demolishing religious places in some pretext. The first problem is the CM of TN who himself is an athiest and the second problem is the UPA Chairperson who does not believe in Hinduism. Ram Sethu is believed to be constructed by Ram with the help of his Vanar Sena and is considered very important relic of hinduism. Even Sri Lanka has accepted the greatness of Ram and the sites are developed as Historic sites. And if Ayodhya is historic and pilgrimage place, if Rameshwaram temple is a National Monument and important place Historically and religiously, how come Ram Sethu is not? Ram Sethu is part of Rameshwaram because Ram got the sethu built, killed Ravan by crossing the sea through this sethu and then on return installed the Shiv Linga in Rameshwaram. A true historian should not see things in isolation and come to foolish conclusions.
