Only Madam Sonia is Indian, So begum saheba wants a monument in Indian ocean. That too to be built by DMK, Why madam? Enter the ocean, people will send Congress and DMK to exile for 14 years! Absurd, anything lying under Indian ocean is not a national monument. Only Nehru family's and DMK patriach buildings are national monument.

I agree DMK and Congress wants money from builders, only DMK and COngress has a share, that is why Ram Sethu near Rameswaram is not a national monument. Today, the library in UP where Nehru had affairs with women is considered natioal monument.
