when Intelligence agency in India has soo much detailed information about the meeting and formation why on earth they never took it seriously , why do v hve such a great agency if not acting on the information , just collecting evidences , blaming terror outfits after the blasts is just illogical why cant they avoid such incidents with all info in hands and with good network of IB Sleuths , CRPS, RAF, PAR all these security officials wy v cant stop anyone from doing these kind of inhuman activities, does anyone has answer for the people who died?? nobody can bring bak the dead bt atleast lets get united as one INDIA to face and kick out the Terrorists from every corner of India, only then we can b Proud of Being Indians,, nt just by sitting in our cofy homes offices n writing our expressions does solve anything,, lets be ONE ,,, ALl The Best,, GOD BLESS ALL INDIANS

There is merit in your argument. But there is no guarantee that the IB report came before all this happened. It may have been in hindsight! Otherwise, you can say the present home minister also slept on these reports.
This report may be half baked, or some body thought the loss of votes will be too much if they acted. This happened when the police in Hyderabad were aggressive in their approach to get to the bottom of the blast cases there.
The politicians, you know who, made the police go soft. And that was the end of that investigation.

I understand your feeling behind you blaming Indian intelligent agencies. You must understand that terrorist activities are taking place all over world, even last week attacks were there in turkey, Yemen usual bombing in Pakistan. Securities agencies in the courtiers, faced terrorist attacks, has seldom able to freeze these attacks. But without any doubt we can say, today majority of terrorist attacks are carried out by muslim fundamentalist.. Unlike other terrorist organizations muslim fundamentalism is related with beliefs, which is a very important stuff among common mass. Muslim fundamentalist like Taliban people strongly believe that, what ever belief other than theirs are to be blown up.. In any ideology, fundamentalist are supposed to be closer towards that ideology. So you people are getting forced to accept Taliban people because they are more closer towards god defined in the holy book.
