Do not be blinded by part politics.

If you find some one in the BJP/VHP/CONG/BSP/CPI who is good for the job...vote for that person.

Starting voting for the right person...voting for parties will fail u over and over again.

They are failing us now as well... we definately need to vote for good individuals but the problem is that they are hard to find.
We shouldnt vote for those who mix religon and politics eXAMPLES : Advani but not everyone in BJP

I vote for an individual based on,

- Track record (Personal life & Political Life)
- Policy issues (Fiscal, monetary, foreign, defense)
- Affiliations

We can never hold parties accountable. But we can hold individuals accountable.

Vote for a person not the party.
The person will represent You and not the party.

We are in this mess because of Part politics and hence there is no accountability for politicians. We give them "Job Guarantees" just because they are affiliated to a certain party.

That is one big change we need to have accountability in government.
