Then what the hell Congress has been doing since the LoC has been drawn? Supporting infiltration and the most ridiculous thing is: so far they have not been able to take decision as to what to do with a top level terrorist who has been arrested for long...think before you say something... And I am sure, if there were a Congress Govt would have been in power in those days of Kargil, then remaining part of j&K would have been shown in PAK or PoK again! SHAME...
