We don't have any doubt in any ivestigating agencys' capabilities.The best example is the way Rajiv Gandhi's assasination was investigated by Mr.kartikeyan,and all accused were convicted.But inthe absence of POTA will the terrorists now be tried in the court,expeditiously?.God knows.Lets hope for the best.

what if the agencies are influenced by congress and piimps like amar sing? some months(12 or 13 months) back CBI gave clean chit to Mayawati on DAC(disproportionate assets case), but now came up with it again?? what about quatrochhi? what about blasts since 2004, none have been caught. Rajeev gandhi's case, congress was not in power.
kindly do more diligence and then give conclusions.
