This is very confusing article. I don't know what is the author is trying to say. He is comparing recent blasts and the government inaction to the nuclear deal, whereas the two issues are completely different. I completely agree what the government has done for the nuclear deal. I understand there had been some under the cover deal. I am not supporting that, but I am supporting the deal, and I am happy that the government has got the majority and have been able to get rid off the communists. It is required sometime to take a different unconventional approach to problem when the simple approach is not possible due to stupidity of the people. But I think we need a POTA like act to tackle the terrorists. We can't do without an agency like FBI or we should be prepared to face such terrorism more frequently in future.

The terrorism should not be connected to religions. Treat it as an offence against the NATION. Let there be strict laws to handle the terrorists.
Our rules for policing are framed in accordance with the time of its enactment. The Law depends on the parameters of the offence and offenders. As time pass on and the parameters are changing we must go for amendments to the existing laws. If need be we go for enacting another law. Even a child knows that the parameters of offence and offenders are changed in the last couple of years. One government passed a law according to the parameters prevailed at the time. Next government withdraw the law on some pretext. May be on political reasons. The offender strikes back. Then crying foul. What a political crap? Sanctioning some payments to the family of deceased etc is of no matter after the loss of precious life. Do something to protect the life and property of the citizens for which people elected them. And not to SELL our sovereignty. Initiate measures to stop these carnage. OR do they use this opportunity to process all papers 'to surrender' under the cover of terrorism?
May be the government is trying to include a clause in the 123 agreement empowering a foreign country to handle the terrorism here and protect our life and property. :) Then we can blame that country for the terrorism here:)
There is no announcements regarding any type of new legal approach from the government. Congress men, rise up!! Question your leaders.

This deal i.e the Nucleear Deal may be good or possibly bad, but the way it has beeen bankrolled through the Parliamentary procedures is totally incorrect. Please read the teachings of Chanakya
