in the message police told number plare were of 2 wheeler.ok but what about the other details of cars ie chasis no etc.they cannot link this details with the owner.Can people tell me please.

Get the Engine number and chasis number. Go to manufacturer and find out to whom the vehicle was sold and trace down the terrorist. I think it is definetly crackable.

Thats a million $ question, they can find out the owner of the vehicle because it's not a toy vehicle but the car's and bike.
